Some of the best social media content is engaging, imaginative, original, and provocative. Yet much of the remaining, other side of social media is replicative—we’re all sending signals into the ethosphere for feedback, some welcome, some not. The few people I interact with know me as a person, so it’s all good. They know what's real about me and what isn't. I am fortunate.
Luckily, for most people, there are mindfulness techniques that can help maintain Cognitive Security and mitigate the Feedback Loop..Maturity and 3d relationship building plays into it as well.
